2021 Recipient
2LT Mischa LeGoff is from Wenonah, New Jersey and a 2021 graduate of Rutgers University. Mischa started his Army Career as an enlisted Soldier in the New Jersey Army National Guard as a Artillerymen assigned to Charlie Battery of the 3-112th Field Artillery Regiment. He started at Rutgers University’s School of Arts & Science in 2018 where he then enrolled in Army ROTC and was later awarded an Army ROTC Scholarship.
While as an Army ROTC Cadet, LeGoff distinguished himself as a member of the Color Guard Team and Ranger Challenge Team where later would serve as its Co-Captain. 2LT LeGoff graduated from Rutgers University with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2021 and commissioned as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Army ROTC. After graduating Rutgers, 2LT LeGoff will serve in the New Jersey Army National Guard as an Aviation Officer and is slated to start flight training at the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker, Alabama in the Summer of 2022.
